TikTok I Paid Ads I Fashion


In my role as Creative Director, leading the in-house agency / production unit for TikTok EMEA, I analysed top performing paid ads in each region for UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain and created my strategy based on localised performance market analysis with a combination of trend analysis and design let innovation. Each paid ad was uniquely concepted and created for a specific local region and directed by myself. The performance was then tracked and built upon for further performance analysis, overachieving all KPIs within the first 2 weeks after launch.

Each paid ad has a total video length of approx. 10 - 15 sec. The challenge was to combine high performance driven ads with high quality ads that lead the audience to want to see more by downloading the app. The turnaround time from concept to delivery was achieved within 2-4 weeks, shooting a min. of 10 ads up to 30 ads a day with limited resources and limited amount of budget in order to achieve a max. ROI result. In total, we scaled up production delivering over 200 ads in a bi-month, while managing the in-house production and ext. vendors.

The reinaissance fashion reel and fashion reel, shown above, is a selection of paid ads I concepted and directed for TikTok EMEA, which was all shot across 2 days, utilising different sets we created within the same location in order to increase efficiency with a max. output of unique pgc assets.

I led the project as Creative Director, oversaw production incl. limited budget management, created the scripts and directed all talents on set, as well as directed editing and animation for the final deliverables.
