TikTok I Paid Ads I NFL


In my role as Creative Director, leading the in-house agency / production unit for TikTok EMEA, I analysed top performing paid ads in the US and created my strategy based on localised performance market analysis with a combination of trend analysis and design let innovation. Each paid ad was uniquely concepted and created for the US market and directed by myself. The performance was then tracked and built upon for further performance analysis, overachieving all KPIs within the first 2 weeks after launch.

The challenge was to combine high performance driven ads with high quality ads that lead the audience to want to see more by downloading the app. The turnaround time from concept to delivery was achieved within 2 weeks, with limited resources and limited amount of budget in order to achieve a max. ROI result.

I led the project as Creative Director, created the scripts and directed all talents on set, as well as directed the edits of the final deliverables.
