Wintersports I TIKTOK I Paid Ads


In my role as Creative Director, leading the in-house agency / production unit for TikTok EMEA, I analysed top performing paid ads in Germany and created my strategy based on localised performance market analysis with a combination of trend analysis and design let innovation. The performance was then tracked and built upon for further performance analysis, overachieving all KPIs within the first 2 weeks after launch.

The challenge was to combine high performance driven ads that lead the audience to want to see more by downloading the app. The theme was wintersports, creating 10 ads in 1 shoot day for mountaineering and 10 ads in a second shoot day for skiing ads, shot in the Swiss Alps. The turnaround time from concept to delivery was achieved within 3 weeks, with limited resources and limited amount of budget in order to achieve a max. ROI result.

I led the project as Creative Director, created the scripts and directed all talents and crew on set, as well as directed the edits of the final deliverables.
